Who We Are
Belfair Pest Control has been serving Detroit, MI and the surrounding communities since 2008. The company was founded by Louie Webb, a Detroit native who has spent his entire career in the pest control industry. Over the years, we've built a reputation for showing up, doing the work right, and being straight with the people who call us.
We handle pest problems for homeowners, renters, landlords, and local businesses across the metro area — from one-time treatments for active infestations to ongoing pest management plans that keep properties protected year-round. Why We Started
Belfair Pest Control was started to give Detroit residents and businesses a local pest control option that treats them like neighbors instead of sales targets. Too many people in the area have dealt with companies that push long-term contracts for problems a single visit could solve, or that don't show up when they say they will.
We built this company around the opposite idea: give honest advice, recommend only what's needed, and back the work up with follow-up if the problem comes back. That's the standard Louie set when he started, and it's the standard we still work to today.
Meet the Manager
Born and raised in Detroit, Louie has worked in pest control for over a decade. He knows the specific pest problems homeowners and businesses in the region deal with throughout the year, and he takes a straightforward approach focused on getting the job done right the first time. Outside of running Belfair, Louie stays involved in the Detroit community and supports local events where he can.
